Exceedingly annoying

Underpayment of estimated tax penalties for both Federal and New Mexico returns were incorrect. There was no place in Easy-Step to enter prior year's actual taxes paid and for days could not access forms version of New Mexico taxes. Also the print options are very cumbersome.

No longer happy with Turbo Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax software since 2006. Don't know why but I have never had so many problems completing a tax return to file. From relentless updates, to trouble entering information, and multiple issues with getting a return to print so I could either file and/or have a copy for my records. Will be using a different software next year

TurboTax Software Makes it Easy to File

I have used Turbo Tax for over 20 years. The software makes it easy to follow instructions and complete the required information in a simple and effective format. All income and expenses categories are captured in the process. I know that my return is accurate and will be accepted by the Federal and State authorities on time. As a matter of fact, in my individual filing status, I've never had an inquiry from any taxing authority. Thanks Turbo Tax.

I got hung in a loop this year. Something to do with a child tax. We don't have children, for some reason it kept making me review this form.

You have to pay $25 for state e-file. Also more than 1 state will cost extra.
