NYS Return Does Not Consider Gov't Pensions

I was unable to file my NYS income tax return because the form does not take into consideration those with NYS Government Pensions. I was unable to record a subtraction on line 26.

I like the speed and efficiency of turbo tax. However, I would like to see more forms available within the program. Needed to outsource two forms for my return.

Everything was OK until it was time to send the return. The line 12b problem took you 6 weeks to resolve. Makes me wonder about using you next year.
