Turbo Tax is thorough and easy to use.

I have been using TurboTax for several years and it has consistently been thorough and easy to use. The systematic approach to entering the necessary data, and succinct explanations of when a circumstance will or will not apply to my return are very helpful.

Turbo tax is cumbersome

It auto fills sections and then states that they need to be corrected. It does not notify you of the need for checking forms before filing like form 8453. It does not tell you why you need to file this form by paper
