Basically forced to pay $25 to file state electronic + $45 "audit defense"even though not needed

one free state filing never works

Turbo tax is good, but slightly misses the mark

I have been using Turbo Tax for decades and am always happy that it enables me to do my taxes myself, despite the fact that they've gotten more complicated over the years. I do them in phases, however, and find that once I save and close, it no longer brings me back to the same spot where I left off. Otherwise would probably give 5 stars.
