Use TurboTax every year

I really like that TurboTax takes me step by step through all of the sections. Each item is explained if I have a question. At the end, it checks for mistakes and possibility for an audit. It only takes me about 2-3 hours to do my federal and state taxes!

I LOVE TURBO AND THE HELP RECEIVED WHEN EXPERIENCED. TECH WAS VERY NICE, PATIENT, AND KIND.
I DO THINK THAT AT THE BEGINNING OF PROGRAM AN INSTRUCTION TO GO THROUGH EACH AND EVERY LINE OF RETURN ANSWERING AS NEEDED. I MISSED SOME BECAUSE I DIDN'T THINK MANY PERTAINED TO US.

Not as good as prior years

Much less intitiative this year. Had to recognize on my own that the child tax credit was missing due to gov payments. Almost lost out on thousands of dollars.
Suggest exand the opportunity compare more than just the previous year. Would be great if could compare last 5 years if used the product consistently.
