Love Turbo tax

It is hard to imagine an easier way to get taxes done than the turbotax system. What was once a torment, is now tolerable. To have guidance and to get audit defense nearly eliminates anxiety about errors.

The ending steps are muddled

I've used Turbotax for at least my last eight years of Federal and State returns. The entire process is great, except at the very end. I file by mail. I do NOT trust E-filing. Your return disappears into the cloud, and I don't know if they received it or not.
The printing instructions and saving to the PC are unclear to me. I'm never sure what goes to the state, and what goes to the Feds? Instructions for printing and saving to the PC are unclear to me. Everything else is great, thanks! I'll continue to be a user.

cache issues suck on NJ filings

the program is stuck on the resolution of block & lot for filing. if you enter it, it will say you don't need it - when you correct it and leave it blank, they say you need it.

This is nowhere as good as the online version

I lost my first attempt at doing my taxes. Infuriating. I'm afraid to close my second attempt; even though I have printed them, I cannot figure out how to save them to my computer. It also stinks that I spent the money to buy this program, yet cannot access my prior years taxes from TurboTax online, even though I have been using the program for YEARS. This is an Unfriendly program.

This is the first time I have ever done my taxes. My parents always get it every year and mostly don't have problems with it. the system is very easy to understand especially since it was my first time doing my taxes. It went by fast and it helped me save as much money as I could. I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 really fast, easy, and is very understandable.
