Turbo Tax for MAC had some disappointments.

I have used Turbo Tax for Windows for about 12 years. This year I am using the MAC versions. There were quite a few bugs in the process an (initially) in the calculations. The calculations were apparently corrected by an update.
The review called out a line in error but did not say what the line referred to. I could not move forward in the process. After much research, I found it to be a number for the Child Tax Credit which I had not used at all. I had to manually delete the form and still had to give 0. in response to the review because it kept putting it back.
Pulling down W2s was incorrect also. I had a W2 that I had to manually key in. Then I was downloading my spouse's W2 and it looked like it did it but then presented me with a screen to input all of the information. After entering everything manually it went back to the W2 screen an had an additional W2 with my name and my spouse's numbers. Here was the missing download information. How disappointing.
Also, initially the numbers were calculated incorrectly for the Affordable Care Act adjustments. That seemed to be corrected by an update later.

Is there no QA done on this product.
I don't know if these issues existed on the Window's version but my first MAC experience left me less than impressed.

2021 Turbo Tax

I've used Turbo Tax for over 10 years. This addition 2021 Tax Year, worked through the Income and Deduction sections as expected. The electronic filing process is cumbersome, especially from information that is entered every year and doesn't change. Finally, I couldn't print any of the PDF documents while in the program, despite several attempts. I kept getting Error messages pertaining to the PDF file. For those not familiar with the electronic filing process or how to navigate around their personal computers for file storage and location, I would drop my Rating to a 3. Since I know the product and its quirks, it was a minor problem. It's not perfect, but it got the job done.

Love Using TurboTax

Always love using the TurboTax software for my tax returns. However, this year the software was extremely slow and laggy. It took much longer to complete my tax return this year than it did last year.

Turbo Tax works well

Turbo Tax worked well but I did have a few issues that I hope can be improved on next year.
1. I was not able to paste value from the clipboard into worksheets.
2. There should be an option to not install an update in case I'm want to quickly open up my return to review some information of make changes to information already entered.
