Mismatches on App's behavior

Last year's return import data wasn't displaying, I had to pick categories before they were showing up again. Once can safely assume that from year to year there will be a W2 form in ones return. Why not showing all the categories and amounts from previous year? It seems this is a bug compared to previous years.

Turbo Tax is Useful

Turbo Tax was difficult to download to my MAC ProBook. The scroll bar was the most irritating thing I had to deal with. The person who helped me input my state information that did not automatically download was awesome. It took a while to connect to the right person, but she. was extremely helpful once connected.
