I like this program

Program is easy to use, and has helpful explanations of what you are doing or information that is needed to complete the task. only downfall that i have is that i could not import my W-2's i had to enter the info manually, but not a big deal

Not helpful for income from US Territories

I've used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. It's great, but not very helpful for income from US Territories- you'd think they weren't even part of the US. The interface could use some updating; the start screen hasn't been updated in 10 years. Charging $25 to file state taxes is offensive.

Return rejected 5 times

I have tried to efile, today makes the 5th time. In each case turbo tax found no mistakes and says ready to file and each time it is rejected. How can you find no mistakes and is rejected.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. This year, it seemed to go more smoothly than in the past. In particular, the military reservist expenses section was much easier and clearer than prior tax years. Much improved. The questions were on point and the results were understandable. Thank you.
