This year had more glitches than normal

My daughter did her taxes with purchased CD Turbo Tax and it required her to paper file state because "childcare provider had no tax ID". She didn't have or claim any childcare. Nothing we did could fix it. My tax return was delayed weeks on e-filing in March because of a lack of a Turbo Tax update on a $6 line item. Your product used to be a lot less glitchy.

Turbo Tax was not easy to use this year

Working on Turbo Tax this year was a huge headache beginning with just trying to install the CD. We had to finagle a way to use it as there was an error with the disk itself. Luckily my spouse is good with computers!
