TurboTax is Awesome!!!

TurboTax continues to be the best application for filing Federal Income Taxes. It guides me through process every year making sure I don't miss any forms or documents. TurboTax continues to provide helpful hints, tips, and easy to read documents explaining each form and why it's important to my taxes for that year.

I filed my taxes last year, but someone amended my return and compromised information about my identity. I had to go through many hoops to fix this. My frustration is how can Turbo Tax allow someone else to access my account to amend returns.

Encountered multiple errors when forced to download "critical updates." Ended up paying an extra $45 and had to do 2 manual updates.

Love Turbotax

I've used Turbotax Deluxe since 2004. I find it allows me to do my Federal and State taxes as simply as possible. I've never had to contact them for support until today. It was amazing to see how helpful they were! Spent about a half-hour working on a very difficult problem.

Very helpful, but makes you pay for deluxe

It is so easy to file with TurboTax, but because of the way i file, it makes me pay for a "deluxe" version. why? what is the point?

Have used TurboTax for many, many years and this latest software/edition [FY 2021] is horrible. My wife and I spent hours on trying to figure out how to file our state [Maryland] taxes [Maryland form 502]. We do NOT want to e-file our state taxes. But no matter what we try, we either have to e-file and/or "direct deposit". For years, we always got a check mailed to us. What a mess.
