I love Turbo Tax

Could not access last year return.

Not good. Turbo Tax could not access last year return. Had to do it by hand. Also I had to use a K-1 worksheet. On part 3, Line 14, my K-1 showed Section 199A with no amount. I tried to use 0 but Turbo Tax would not accept it. I went on the web to try to find out what Section 199A was but no luck. I ended putting a $1 amount.

Turbo Tax is good

Turbo Tax is easy to follow. I'm glad that in the Schedule C is included Income and Expenses in the same Form.
One thing that I have problems this year is when you can not finish at once, when returning the system does not come back where you let.

Not as easy to use as before

I buy physical copies of Turbo Tax from Staples. This year I experienced several issues using this product. Several times during the walk through I would end up on a blank page and unable to enter information, such as my W-2 and Some Deductions. All of the "Help topics" spoke of clearing cache's and cookies. I felt this was for the online version but tried these anyway to no avail. I ended up having to go through the forms and entering my information that way. This was very frustrating and not intuitive.
