Turbo Tax was very good

Turbo Tax was good at answering some questions thru the community. There were some instances that were confusing. It kept asking questions I think for form 8812.

TurboTax is GREAT!

I've been using TurboTax for many years now and will continue to do so. It is easy to use and navigate! I appreciate that the software will go through the process of double-checking the availability of additional savings (deductions / credits) for your tax returns, if eligible.

There was a slight glitch with a 8812 form which we did not need and the program would not move on with a number.

Excellent; however, I had a problem of paying $25 service charge for the state EFILE. Which was listed $20 in Turbox Tax instruction. Not happy about this discrepancy. Didn't expect this from Turbo Tax which I have been using for many years.
