I used TT for the last three years. I have a job (W2) and a side business (1099) that was going very well until the pandemic. I had so many questions that I couldn't handle by myself. The agents are great.

Incorrect transfer of data to state return

When I prepared my mother's tax return, the Federal return proceeded smoothly. However, the dates of the state estimated tax payments did not transfer correctly into the Virginia state return, which triggered a form for underpayment of estimated taxes. This necessitated my having to go into that form to do multiple overrides, which took longer than if I had just done the state tax return without TurboTax. I should get a refund of the $45 + tax I paid TurboTax for the Virginia state download for my mother's tax return.
