I've been using Turbo Tax for at least a decade, to do my own taxes, but also did my parents' returns, and let my adult kids use it to do their own. Such a great deal!
We submit Federal taxes electronically, but print the state forms, since we usually owe on those.
The HELP feature is, indeed, helpful, and I like being able to mark places where I have questions or need to revisit a form. I use the "guide me through it" on the first pass, then "I'll find it myself" feature for additions or corrections.

LESS quality than before

1. We need to cut/paste and research topics - everything is locked and "help" topics often have <2 sentences,
2. Why do we need to enter our mailing address 5 times when e-filing? Entering for CC even though the personal account has all the information. My account has the same information for >10 years.

Screen display hard for older users
