Turbo Tax was good but....

Yes, it is awesome but this year there was one form that did not show up for Oregon to let me see what was going on and that was in the area of deductibles. Finally found it and was able to review and understand why I could not do the deductible. It seemed like last year I could deduct all of my medical but this year none. Confusing.

Turbo Tax is great and mostly simple

Having used successfully Turbo Tax for many years, the procedure is very straightforward and simple. Having Turbo Tax access my brokerage accounts is a time and frustration saver; with lots of data to enter without using this feature, has insured accurate information and prevented typos and omissions. The security is good and I don't have to hopefully worry about my information being stolen.

Couldn't file via email & wasted $25

This year there seemed to be more glitches with the program. Kept reverting back to different forms when correcting errors. Also the AGI was correct but for some reason it was rejected so I wasted $25 filing fee with the state.
