Why is it when you purchase turbo tax they say one free state yet when it comes to filing they always charge me $25 to file state?

I've been using turbotax since its Macintax days. As the number of our charitable organizations continues to grow, it would be nice if Turbo Tax were to process them in alphabetical order rather than in the order they were the previous year.

A bit disappointment this year (I have been using TurboTax for 30+ years. Unnecessarily difficult to enter 1040ES credits; previously, very simple. What happened???

When an income entry pushes you into the next tax bracket it would be very helpful to get a pop-up window or some notification that that entry moved into a higher bracket. I have always been in the same bracket, but this year I was pushed into a higher bracket and it took me a lot of combing through my return to understand that a particular entry pushed me into the next bracket
