Turbo Tax is GREAT!

I have been a TurboTax user for more than 6 years and have been quite happy with its program. Unfortunately, this year, and only this year, I was very disappointed that I was not able to directly transfer my previous years' information onto this year's filing. So, I ended up re-entering all the very basic information, such as names, DOB, SSN, address, ...etc, as well as entering the other pretinant information such as company names, company IDs, ..etc. As if I am a completely new user!! So, I'm somewhat disappointed and very frustrated.

Turbo Tax seemed very hard to use this year.

Multiple sections were skipped. Had to manually search for where info went. One section asked about owning a business. Regardless of the answer the program continued to the next screen asked for the name of the business.
