Easy

This product is easy to understand, meaning, the language is simplified for people not used to the terminology of the TAXES and the IRS rules. Is like someone went to the supermarket bought the ingredients, prepare the lasagna and cooked it for you and all you have to do is get it out of the oven cut, serve and eat it. Now that works for me!

I spend money and my time to file my Taxes this year. I can not transmit the Tax many time. I did it two weeks, I reset my equipment many times but it was bad.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Unforeseen Problems

Turbo Tax was a great, awesome product. However, changes in recent years have become increasingly frustrating. This year it refused me 'permissions' on my USB drive that I've been using since 2008. I assumed the drive needed replace so I copied all my files to a new drive and Turbo Tax refused me 'permissions' on that also, which prevented my return being e-filed (error was file could not transmit because it wouldn't save). After checking everything to ensure I am administrator and do have permissions, I finally copied the file to my desktop, and from there it would e-file and save. That's just wrong!! The positive is that it is a great program for completing the taxes!!

My experience with TurboTax was good. Read the instructions and answer each question asked. It was easy to go back and double check each section.
