Not as helpful as before

I have used for years. Not as easy to understand this hear. Explanations too short and assume more knowledge/background than average person. Also the Help explanations are for Microsoft not Apple so it takes time to figure out the translation ie MAC doesn't use Tools in left sidebar as referenced in how to delete a form. For the price this should be simpler

Love TurboTax for many years now

I have ben using TurboTax to file my taxes for 10+ years. My taxes can get complicated sometimes, but TT makes it much simpler.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax deciphers the tax code again!

I use Turbo Tax every year. And, every year it goes in with no problem. Much of what is entered might as well be in Croation other language for what I understand of it, but the IRS doesn't complain, so either will I.

Good But Needs Improvement

TurboTax works very well but they need to fix how you provide credentials to download information from brokerage accounts. You can't copy and paste a password into TurboTax and there is no option to view the password that you are forced to type in. You should be able to do both of these things.

Extremely difficult to use. It took me twice as long to complete the forms. Help sections didn't provide must help.
