From using your product for over 20 years, I am still quite pleased with its performance. This year, I was pleasantly surprised to see the perfection of the MO-PTC and supporting forms added to your program. Thank you Turbo Tax.

Incorrect Calculation and Missing Forms

TurboTax said we owed an underpayment penalty on both our Fed and state tax returns, but provided no worksheet (Form 2210) explaining the calculations. We looked at the IRS instructions and did our own calculation. We disagree that we owe a penalty and think the software calculation is incorrect. In addition, TT said we needed Schedule K-3, but said it would be "available in a future release". It's March 9!! When will it be available?

Disappointing!

The windows for education or clarification about the questions or entry was non-existent. I had to google 3 times for questions. It is worse than Turbo Tax software I used 10 years ago! Awful!
Also, it is simply awful and the predatory the way State filing is presented and then charge $25. This is the last time I will buy TurboTax. It is much worse experience.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
