In some cases the pop-up screens were a nuisance to deal with due to the size. Otherwise, i did not have any real issues. Thank you.

TurboTax is good, but could be better.

I use a high resolution monitor and your product puts out small font which I can only enlarge by changing the screen resolution. That's a poor design. TurboTax should have Zoom capability built into the View pulldown menu. This year TurboTax did not automatically determine whether an update was available when I launched it. So, when I tried to eFile it failed because it didn't have the latest update. It must have been the latest update that required that I update my state return with information of the county I lived in. What would have happened if the earlier version was the latest? Would the state have delayed sending me the refund? Turbotax was did not provide any assistance for filling out Form 709.

I have been using Turbotax for over 20 years

Turbotax has been handling my rental property for over 20 years and does a great job of carrying forward all related information (i.e., depreciation, loss carryover) which makes my life easy. The only items to report this year were a review note in regard to the child tax credit which did not apply to my return and a form 1116 error which resolved with a bypass. I use Turbotax to file my children's returns for them as well.

Turbo tax is okay to use

Turbo tax disclose all the fees I had to pay. State file was free but there is a huge charge for using a credit card to pay Fed taxes, and other fees for getting a refund from state. So these fees should be disclosed when people are looking to buy this product.
