Great Tax Program!

Very easy to use even if your tax situation is complicated. The tax category explanations are very easy to understand, and the program guides you step by step through your filing process. I have used the TurboTax programs for years and haven't had any issues with my tax filings.

Always rejected

The past 2 years, my AGI is uploaded correctly and I still get rejected electronically b/c of incorrect AGI and have to file the same thing manually. Something is glitched in your programming.

Turbo Tax Deluxe 2021 download Review

I used turbo Tax Deluxe download version to file my family's taxes (married filing joint, multiple jobs, some consulting, and a teen dependent earner). I found the step-by-step to be very helpful, and also used the Forms View to verify that they completed as I expected. The "Learn More" links to the IRS language, while helpful, did not go far enough to explain several nuances, or give examples (such as when is a high school student a "student" and when do they mean COLLEGE fully enrolled, and shat do you do if you have a half-time college enrolled high school student). Overall I was very satisfied, but had to supplement the tougher questions with web searches and knowledgeable support.
