TurboTax is great until the printing section.

I love TurboTax until I need to print a hard copy. Adolbe sucks! It would not let me print until I removed Adolbe from my computer. You need to fix this problem. Adolbe is not helping your reputation.

I found that TT was very straight forward in dealing with most issues, but it's search capability seemed restricted when I tried to use it.

Great Tax Tool!

Been using Turbo Tax for years. Seen improvements made that make it more user friendly. For example, love that it gives you an amount in $$ that you need to claim medical expenses BEFORE going through the whole process only to find out that it didn't qualify. Time saver!

Average Tax Software

Average--TTax is nothing special compared to the other tax preparation software applications. Aside from forms updates, Intuit has not made any apparent improvements to their core product in well more than a decade. This is similar to other Intuit products like Quicken. The only reason I keep buying TTax is because I've been using it since the late 1990s and am reluctant to learn a new application. One of these years I need to take the snap and punt Intuit down the field where they belong.

I like using Turbo Tax for completing my personal taxes. The details help me understand each deduction. The tool also offers suggestions for additional deductions
