horrible experience

The add on fees are confusing

The add on fees for deluxe and the different packages are confusing to understand. I purchased deluxe but was not able to do everything I needed and got asked to upgrade on a couple of screens while filing my taxes to get "maximum" deductions. I read that the first state return is free and there is a charge for any after that, but I was charged to file one state return.

I HAVE A 1099-DIV FROM AN INVESTMENT FIRM. IN BOX 11 IT LISTS A TAX EXEMPT STATE BOND DIV. I PUT IT IN MY DESKTOP TURBO TX AND TO MY SUPRISE IT WAS TAXABLE. WHATS UP

TurboTax is a wonderful product that allows me to complete my yearly taxes in a very timely manor, TurboTax is easy to use, very through and keeps up to date on all tax law changes for both federal and state.
