Everything went well except the electronic filing. I put in the correct AGI from last year's tax return and it kept saying that my return was rejected by both the IRS and the State of Illinois due to an incorrect AGI on the 2020 return. I ended up mailing the tax return.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Mostly good BUT one big glitch

Trying to EFile failed to a late false error related to form "Schedule UE" which kept popping up DEMANDING input - though "Schedule UE had nothing to do with my taxes! (NOTE: This was a common problem a number of filers ran into). I spent about an hour on the phone with a good tech who eventually tracked down a solution since. NOTE: Simply DELETING this form from the FILES menu would not work (it kept popping up again and again) - though you CAN get rid of it by checking "Exclude this form from your taxes" box on the upper right corner of that form!
