Great Tax Program

I have used Turbotax before and was impressed by the ease of the program. I will continue to use it every year. One question why did you remove the Where's my tax return button. to check the status of the tax return?

Buying turbo tax deluxe for 50 then having to pay 25 to file your state is a rip off. when realizing you can do this online without the program for nearly as much.

At first, I had a very hard time installing turbo tax. With persistence I succeeded. I did use the disc for this, I don't trust the download version.

Bad TurboTax Year

I had several issues this year with TurboTax. I have been using TT for years to file and never had issues. This year my previous information would not load in and then I had progressed through the return but was waiting for information. I SAVED the return but when I came back weeks later to finish, ALL MY INFO was GONE! I had to start all over. Very frustrating experience this year.

TurboTax is ok

I have used Turbotax a long time, and I do like the product, but I always seem to have trouble downloading what I need. I have a new computer with compatible software, but the last 3 years I have had to call to have someone help me get it to download due to resolution issues. I would have thought that could have been fixed. It happened when I tried to download a second state return as well. The program is not always intuitive either. You have to really know what to look for and how to navigate to get around and make sure important inputs aren't missed or wrong.
