Help with e-filing VA state tax return.

I am experiencing an infinite loop in trying to file my VA state tax return electronically (already paid for state e-file charge) and have elected to have the the $87 we owe paid from our NFCU checking account. For some reason the software will not let me file because there are three errors that I cannot correct after numerous tries. Can you help??

I just paid to have my mac updated to Catalina 10.15.7 in order to used Turbo Tax only to find out that I will have to update again next year. I will find another way to do my taxes next year. Catalina 10.15.7 is less than 2 years old.
