Turbo Tax is fairly easy to do.

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 10 years, but this year there was a glich - I got hung up at the very end with one review. I tried texting for help, but gave up. I then called Turbo Tax and got a live tech, Jeffrey, in North Carolina. Hallelujah! We talked about the glich, I was re-doing a new return and just having him walk me through it was so helpful and supportive. Thank you, Jeffrey!!!

Easy to work with.

I had to work with IRS 1099B for the first time and AD was very helpful in guiding to the correct route.

TurboTax is consistently user-friendly with its familiar, frequently up-dated program. We have relied on TT for several decades and have consistently benefited from its thoroughness in making tax preparation less unpleasant.

Was easy to follow form and page by page instructions. Some places took a little more concentration, but on the whole it was a-ok.
