Disappointing

For two years in a row, e-filing failed, with TurboTax saying “AGI incorrect”, though it was exactly in accord with the return(s). Six efforts to correct were rejected; printing the returns was the only option. Also, there are $20 and $40 “fees” if you e-file and you’re due a refund.

Overall very satisfied. Easy to use with lots of features. Suggestions for improvements:
1. Remove questions for which Turbo Tax has the answer- e.g. capital loss carry over.
2. Provide option to check responses I provided in previous year
3. Like Federal Tax return, one State tax e-filing should be free.

I have used Turbotax for many years and have found it to be easy to use, accurate, and I am assured all necessary forms are filed with my returns both Federal and State.
