Disappointing this year

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and never had so much trouble ever. I tiled 3 returns and 2 came back for reasons that were suppose to have been transferred from last years filing. Then I could never get any help from Turbo Tax.

It was made easy this year to do my taxes. I was able to insert everything in it's proper place without feeling that I left out something. Just glided through it all the first time with ease.
