Wish the updates wouldn't cause problems

Get hung up on updates even though I turn off firewall and won't let me e-file. Same problem last year.

Disappointed in paying additional for State

The program is a nice and easy to work through. However, having to pay additional for state electronic filing is very disappointing. Why can't it be included with the software?

Turbo Tax Great Process to pay filing fees sucks!

I have used TurboTax for filing my taxes for more than 10 years and love it, BUT the process for paying the filing fees and having to create, or remember from last year, your Intuit account sucks and almost made my filing impossible. Get another method please!!

Mandatory Annual OS Updates and Errors

Used to be good a few years back but the need to annually update MACOS in order to run the program and numerous record transfer errors (previous year's AGI not correct) is extremely disappointing. Will be looking for an alternative option.
