TurboTax was somewhat buggy this year

I like using TurboTax but there are often little inconveniences like failing to import from last year's file (so I have to type some info in), TT taking you off on a path totally unrelated, and occasionally getting something completely wrong that I end up having to research to find out what is right. Maybe a little more QA before releasing the product would help fix some of the issues.

Great walkthrough with the software. I am using the TurboTax Deluxe and it only takes me half hour to get the tax return done.

Turbo Tax 2021 is above average

Seems there were a few more hiccups in this year's version. Some glitches that did not follow my experiences from previous years. I had a challenge importing my 2020 return and It was in TurboTax file on my desktop. Just seemed different. I still like the product and appreciate your expertise. See you next year.
