Excellent Federal Interview, OK State Interviews

State returns need better interview questions. Some are very vague and require additional, independent research to prepare and provide a proper response. E-filing can be significantly improved by entering bank account credentials once to apply to ALL federal and state refunds (or payments) or, at least, present the option to utilize the same bank account.

Turbo tax is mostly a good thing.

It is good, except when I went to reprint last year, it came up with a refund instead of balance due. It seems the unemployment income wasn't supposed to be taxed. I am mailing it in, but not sure what will happen.
