Easy enough to navigate

Good product, but form box numbers don't align

So we were entering my Mom's CSA--1099 R form, and for the second year in a row, box 12 doesn't align with the information requested in box 14. And box 7 doesn't work out at all. Please fix it! We've used TurboTax for many years, and want to keep using it in the future.

I have found, just like other years that some areas should be better explained to make it more clear for the user. I'm in my 80's and am mot the sharpest person in thewor\ld when using a computer. I cannot right off tell you where the areas are without going back thru the entire tax process.
