Mortgage refinance guidance insufficient

Let me start by saying that I trust Turbo Tax Deluxe implicitly. However, for my 2021 return, I found general guidance on how enter information from two mortgage 1098 documents insufficient to guide me through the process. I figured it out but there was that nagging sense of doubt that I'm unaccustomed to with Turbo Tax

turbo tax used to be user friendly, but now they have become too big for the sometime user that they have lost sight of keeping things "simple"

What Happened

Software problems, trouble checking out for the additional purchases required and the tax calculations are questionable. Hard to get help when you need it. I have been using this software for 15 plus years. I don't think I will anymore. Too many problems and way too much frustration when already doing something frustrating.

I have been using TurboTax to do my taxes for at least 10 years. I have alos used it to do tax returns for my children. It is very easy a very easy step-by-step program, with all of the latest updates.
