Turbo Tax is great for the most part

I've been filing my taxes with Turbo Tax for many years now and have found it to be superior software however this year there was one error that cost me time. Schedule 8812 for the 2021 Child Tax Credit did not come up at all through out the process until scanning for errors on the Federal return. It then found the error and prompted entering the appropriate information. This cost me a substantial amount of time and aggravation.

I've always used a CPA for Taxes. TurboTax made the filing of my taxes so easy...anyone could do it! Highly recommend TurboTax.

bad bad bad system not let me pay $25

YOUR system not let me pay $25 e-filing fee when I key in billing info. had tried many times. TurboTax's IT people did not do the job well.
I was happy use TT for over 15 years. but not this year at all (2021).
