ever year turbo tax harder and harder

everything is fine until you go to file, then it wants you to answer questions about entries. if they were asked when the entry was first made it would much easier to correct and not have to go back to fix the problem.

Overall experience has declined

I still like the overall function of Turbotax, but this year found it slightly more difficult to use. In particular, data sources frequently did not point to the actual source of the data, and some information (tax-exempt dividends) did not automatically populate the Michigan tax form.

Glitch in Turbo Tax 2021

Filing CA Fed/State taxes, my Social Security income is non-taxable. Yet Turbo Tax insisted on calculating a portion of my SS Income as taxable. I have filed but will file a correction once this has been resolved.

Turbo Tax is Awesome

Easy to use and will help you when needed. I have used turbo tax deluxe for over 10 years and have never had my tax return sent back or received paperwork from the IRS for follow-up! They make sure all area's that have a problem, are corrected before you send.
