Turbotax has changed.

I have used TurboTax for decades. I have always enjoyed using it. I do know know what has happened this year but the CD version, which I have always used, no longer has the calculator which saved time. For a reason I do not know, it would not bring all of my prior information over into the current return. I had to insert much of it and I was not able to compare figures with last year as I normally do. Almost all of the cells had $0 instead of last year's figures. There was an additional issue that I had to find a workaround because it wouldn't save the current year to my hard drive. I am not sure what to do about tax preparation in future. Turbotax has always been wonderful, but this year I am disappointed.

If you don't E-File your state return, the software doesn't carry over the banking information from your Federal return. YOU SHOULD ALLOW THIS AS AN OPTION... even if you choose to mail it in! YOU DID IT IN YEARS PAST!
