Turbo Tax is a great tool at a good price. You have the choice to do everything yourself, or let Turbo Tax guide you. I always use the guide. This takes a little longer, but you don't miss anything that might save you money.

After 20+ years of using turbo tax, why does turbo tax make it so difficult to download when you do auto purchase? Its ridiculous they even send CD's any more...most computers don't even have drives. Even worse, it took an hour and a phone call to get a downloand on my account. Turbo tax...you can do way better...

Consistency Matters

Each year, I experience some form of difficulty somewhere in the program that causes a delay in smoothly and quickly entering my information. This year Turbo tax would not tranfer my previos years infomation. It also couldn't identify my logn for Tax deduction files. Super bummer.
