A bit confusing this year. When entering the personal info the form to select how I wanted to receive my refund (check or direct deposit) did not appear. Also when TurboTax reviewed the forms, no mention of how to receive refund was provided. Fortunately, I went all the way back and somehow got to the form and completed it. Otherwise, it would 5 stars for this year.

Your Vermont State Form is incorrect

Your Vermont State Form asks about home ownership versus rental. Even though I check the box "own", it keeps bringing me to "rental forms". Really?

TurboTax was Outstanding!

I had a great experience using TurboTax. The software was very user-friendly and intuitive. It carefully walked you through each section to make sure you get the maximum amount owed to you. I highly recommend TurboTax for those still deciding.

TurboTax is tremendously easy to understand, use and navigate. I have used it for several years now starting when my daughter was a toddler, she is now 21 and using it as well. We will continue to use it for many more years to come.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

This is the first time I've filed with TurboTax. The payment page "submit" button at the bottom is off the screen. I had to carefully put the cursor at the very bottom of the screen to submit payment. You need to fix that. Put the box up higher so it's easier for the customer to pay.
