W2 Import doesn't work, Intuit should just have an OCR program embedded that can read W2s, product states free e-file but I still keep having to pay for state and there definetely needs to have an online save function for previous years in case users don't keep previous years returns on their computers or at the minimum a relationship with the IRS to pull previous years filed transcripts. These are simple things that consumers should be getting when they pay for a product such as this.

Why does Turbo Tax need to ask routing number and account number twice for fed once for state year after year when it hasn't changed and you have no problem asking to save time by saving your credit card number on Intuit website when you pay for the e-file for state because federal is free!!!
