I love how it allows me to import data from brokerages without requiring me to search line by line for numbers.

I use this every year and I love your program. However I was supposed to get one free state return and it charged me any way. It always does. How do I get reimbursed for the fee I just paid?

Turbo tax for 2021 is terrible

Poorest version of turbo tax that I have ever used. I have used Turbo tax for years for my family. This year I found that turbo tax failed to transfer data from previous year ( file too big for a wage earner return) requiring me to enter data you should have been able to transfer. Your software is no longer intuitive asking repeating questions for the same data. Your request for responses are not consistent. One question lets you press a button for yes or no but others request that you click a radio button for yes or no then press continue. Is there no consistency or standards between those various employees who work the software? Poorest quality I have ever experienced with your firm

Try Turbo Tax!

This program walks you through the steps. After years of paying to have my taxes done and each year, the price going up and up, I decided to try this program. I've used it over the past 10 years and have had no issues.

Each year, a little less good, more confusion

There was more effort to force us of the interview mode rather than forms. Getting the forms option not greyed out took some effort. The is a $25 fee listed in the last summary box for "Maximum Refund Guarantee" that appears to not be an option. Despite the listing, the fee wasn't charged. I hope is doesn't show as as a $25 less refund than listed.
