I am a tax professional for 45 years. I find your program difficult to use as it creates sub-schedules and if the answer isn't right I have to pick thru all the unnecessary forms. I also have caught it auto filling in answers which shouldn't happen, and causing wrong answers. Your software engineers should find a way to make it easier not more complex than the code already is. I don't think your experts are all that

Another Fine Year filing with Turbotax

Good step-by-step approach to filling out forms. As previously noted for prior years, the only negative is having to pay extra in order to file California state returns.

No I didn't engage with support this year. In 2020 I had problems and it took almost a year before I received our refund.
