While Form 1116 was posted by the IRS as being available in January, it was available in TurboTax until March 3rd.

TT still needs work

After all the calculations are done, the real work begins, re-re-re-entering driver's license numbers, bank account numbers, first child's weight at birth (just kidding). It sure would be nice if TT would provide a (secure, of course) way to remember the details.
TT told me to print a form to go with my state tax payment... which would make sense if I hadn't selected electronic payment from the same checking account selected to receive my federal refund.
I would have reported this as a bug... if I could find a support path to report a bug.
