Ok for simple stuff; needs improvement in several

1. Help within program is terrible - does not take you to the topic in program; gives general help topics! 2. Keeps tabs of prior state downloads wven if you do not want it anymore (how complex is it to have this as user select!) 3. Just wrong info in some cases - especially on side business SEP-IRA when you already have a 401K with regular employer - POOR and does not even give you an alert!

Very Disappointed

Been using Turbotax for years. So disappointed with this year's version which could handle Form 1116 for weeks. Just when I thought all was good - can't file electronically because of ftc carryovers. Really??? And the carryover is designated as March 31 and unsupported. This is not rocket science. I think this is my last year with Turbotax. Couldn't do an early filing, required to file by mail????

I was able to do and file my taxes all in a few hours thanks to the Turbo tax program. I highly recommend it for people who's plates are full.
