The only problem I ever have with TurboTax is the occasional need to work-around by going to the forms. No big deal. I continue to be very happy with the program.

W2-G forms suck!!!!! slow entry

I had to call TurboTax helpline to see why w2G forms loaded so slowly, each one taking 15-20 minutes to complete. Not acceptable TurboTax, get this fixed!!!

This is the third year of using Turbo Tax. This year was a little harder since my husband passed away in 2021. The customer service department was fantastic in helping me through parts of the forms
