Turbotax Needs Improvement

My experience with Turbotax Deluxe has been great over the 15 years I have been using the disc version to file my taxes.The past two years I have seen changes that depersonalized the program and the flexibility of navigating the sections is harder. Very disappointing to me because I like preparing my own taxes and Turbotax has really made the process doable. I only give it three stars this year because of the issues I see in being able to easily move from one section to the other.

I've used TurboTax for years; however, this year had my returns rejected for a computational error in the federal form 2210. The error was corrected, and I finally refiled my returns today. Hope they are accepted.

We have been using TurboTax for many years. We saw a competitor's program and found it wanting.

Almost works as designed

It took over 2 hours to eliminate the Child Tax Credit form 8812. End fix was to remove the $ TT wrongly placed in the form. My personal info indicate 0 dependents.
