I've relied on Turbo Tax since 2007. It's easy and complete, and allows me to get close to the filing process. I especially like the e-file capability.

Unable to locate last years file.

I was unable to locate a 2020 tax return to transfer to my 2021 return. I went back into the 2020 TurboTax and saw the file but it would not open. Failure to mount error message. After a few tries, I could not even find the file. As a result, I could not efile. No help anywhere on Turbotax or online.
