Corrupted file

Tax files were sent to the Federal and State governments. They were accepted by both.
When trying to open up the file afterwards, it says corrupted and unable to open.

An issue this year

I use turbotax every year, and have never had any issues with it, and I plan to use it again next year. My issue this year is that the software tells you the state e-file is $20, but when it takes you to the intuit site, it charges your card $25. They need to update the cost in the software if this is the new price, or change the dollar amount being charged to what is actually being quoted.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I had a baby
